Inauguration of "KHADI-INDIA" Exhibition on 08.10.2019 in Nur-Sultan

Ambassador Prabhat Kumar inaugurated an exhibition, KHADI-INDIA on 8 Oct. 2019 that has been organised by Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC), Nur-Sultan, in collaboration with Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU), Nur-Sultan, and Indian Association of Astana, as part of 150th Birth Anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi in Kazakhstan.
The exhibition will be on public view at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Satpayev Str., 2, Nur-Sultan 010008, during working hours, till 23 Oct. 2013.

In a related event, the Ambassador also distributed Certificates of Merit and cash prizes to the following winners of the Inter-University Mahatma Gandhi Essay Contest on the topic, ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ that was organised by Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC), Nur-Sultan, in collaboration with L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU), Nur-Sultan.
The winners were:

First Prize :
Diana Kurbangaliyeva, student of Department of Regional Studies, Faculty of International Relations at Eurasian National University

Second Prize :
Malika Kashkinbayeva, student of Department of Regional Studies, Faculty of International Relations at Eurasian National University

Third Prize :
SeitovSanat, student of Department of Economics at Kazakhstan branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov

Consolation Prize (2)
(1) AkbotaTolegen, student of Aktobe Regional state University, Aktobe
(2) Kamila Bagebayeva, student of department of Political Science, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, Eurasian National University
In addition, Certificates of Participation and mementos were also awarded to all other contestants.
The Ambassador also awarded Certificates of Appreciation and mementos to all members of the Jury:
