15 August 2019 (Thursday)

National Academic Library of Republic of Kazakhstan: 1600 to 1700 hrs

  • Inauguration of the Photo Exhibition ‘Incredible India: An Enchanting Pluralistic Culture (by invitation)

NB: The exhibition will be open for public from 16 to 19 August 2019 from 0900 to 1800 hrs.

Arbat-Astana, Nur-Sultan: 1730 to 2230

1730 to 1830 hrs - Indian Cultural Festival:

  • 1730 to 1750: Cultural Show: by the students and teacher of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre
  • 1755 to 1830: Master class of Yoga by Yoga Teacher, Trilok Narayan Tarak

NB: Apart from the daily Cultural Show and Master class, the Arbat-Astana will feature:

  • Display and sale of Indian herbal cosmetic and Indian tea;
  • Henna Painting
  • Selfie corners

1900 to 2230 hrs - Indian Film Festival:

  • 1900 - 1907 – Screening of: Ek Bharat – Shreshtha Bharat (with subtitles in Kazakh)
  • 1910 - 2230 – Screening of Bollywood Film: Swades: We the people (dubbed in Russian)
