National Pension Scheme for Overseas Citizen of India

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has approved enrollment of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) in National Pension Scheme at par with NRIs. The scheme will be available to OCIs upon suitable amendments to Foreign Exchange Management Act 20(R).
