BFLEX - 2025

The CLE (Council for Leather Exports) is organising the 7th Edition of Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX) (former DILEX (Delhi International Leather Expo) to be held on 12-14 November 2025 at India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. 

The upcoming BFLEX-2025 7th edition aims to invite potential overseas buyers to showcase the capabilities and developments of Footwear, Leather & Leather Products Industry as a major sourcing destination and also to facilitate B2B meetings between Indian exporters and overseas buyers for establishing marketing tie-ups and exploring business collaborations and joint venture agreements.  

Exhibitors will be displaying the following products in the 7th edition of BFLEX: 

• Leather Footwear (Shoes, Sandals, Chappals) Ladies, Gents, Children
• Leather Garments (Jackets, pants, motorbike jackets etc)
• Leather Goods & Accessories (Handbags, purses, belts, pouches, small leather goods etc)

CLE is offering the following complimentary hospitality package for the visiting foreign buyers:

- Reimbursement of return air fare, subject to Economy Class ceiling limits 

- 3 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast

- Arrival at New Delhi in the afternoon of 11th November 2025

- Stay in New Delhi during Show Days (3 nights)

- Return flights can be scheduled post evening on 14th November 2025.

- Buyers are free to arrive in New Delhi few days prior to the event or to extend their stay beyond the show days at their own cost.
